In my experience, people don't really start to pay attention until about 3-4 weeks before the election, and then, the sum-total of what shapes their is the ads they see on TV and the state of the economy on (which often boils down to: the price of gas.)

I heard some Republican on one of the #SundayShows this morning trash #Biden "for killing a pipeline that would have meant billions to the U.S. economy".

  1. Biden didn't kill the #KeystoneXL pipeline. The company itself yanked it b/c it was too expensive.

  2. NOT A SINGLE DROP of "oil" would have found its way into U.S. gas tanks or done a thing to reduce gas prices. Most was marked for EXPORT as HIGH SULFUR DIESEL.

Yes, other former presidents were found with documents "in their possession" after leaving office, but those items were taken by accident, packed by others along with personal belongings.

#DarthTraitor stole HUNDREDS of documents…many of them #SCIF level classified, which he refused to return when asked REPEATEDLY by the FBI, contending "THEY'RE MINE!" 🍼

One protester who attended T**** rally said she observed "license plates from Tennessee, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, etc."

T****'s "groupies" follow him around the country to ensure he's never seen before a tiny crowd to make it look like he's more popular than he really is.

The 's playing a dangerous game allowing this myth to perpetuate. It's why they can't believe it when he loses by huge numbers, and "the only explanation is that the election must have been stolen".

When #TheOrangeMenace was first impeached, the OLC ("Office of Legal Council") claimed sitting presidents can't be prosecuted.

#Mueller said that if that's the case, then he "absolutely can be prosecuted upon leaving office". Presumably, it was the only check left to stop a #Potus from breaking the law while in office.

NOW, his lawyers are trying to argue he can't be prosecuted AFTER leaving office either for things he did while potus. 😒 #NoOneIsAboveTheLaw

The (ridiculous) "logic" of the OLC's claim you can't prosecute a sitting president is that it would be a distraction that prevents them from carrying out their official duties. But once OUT of office when they are no longer busy making life & death decisions, they can be prosecuted.

That argument was ALREADY specious considering AN IMPEACHMENT WOULD ALSO BE A HUGE DISTRACTION while a potus is making "life & death" decisions.

And they had NO prob hunting Bill Clinton for 6 years.
