I've taken to replying to the discord etsy scammers asking if I want advertising and SEO support for my etsy page with a link to said page followed by buy something or I block you instantly. haven't gotten a single reply yet.
Fitness after 40 often feels like constant rehab. I often frame my goals as wanting to return to the form I had when I was younger. I feel like this is probably regressive, but it’s still motivating. Anything that keeps me going is positive. #fitness
@scyt Personally, I agree. My motivation now is to stay fit as long as possible. I'm more careful in my #running#cycling and #yoga routines. I've added yoga because it helps keep me limber and reduces the stiffness. Will I break my PRs? nope. But I'm beating my younger self in vo2max and time exercising. My goals now are to be consistent with pace and exercising at different target heart rates. I feel healthier and have more endurance than my 20s self. #winning#aging#wisdom

This is caused by some weird Heisenbug where the proxy cache requests or is sent the wrong content from the #WordPress plugin. Go freakin' figure. 🤷♀️
Anyway, I've temporarily disabled the remote proxy cache and enabled a local static cache instead.

Okay, so I decided to do #AudioMo. This is totally new to me but it sounds like fun so I'm going for it. I no nothing about editing audio so you get a raw intro today but by the end of the month, I hope to have picked up the basics of editing with Reaper. Gotta start somewhere so here it is. Can I even upload .wav files on here? Guess I'll find out. See, I have no idea what I'm doing. It's fine.
