I'm sponsoring the adoption fees for all the #rats at the #Denver Animal Shelter. They are babies, but growing up fast. They've lived in the shelter their whole life, and it's just not a great environment to grow up in! There are currently nine boys and one lone girl.
Maybe you can give them a good home, or pass the word along? Rats are intelligent and affectionate companion animals. These little ones deserve better, and are going to need some extra love. 💕

I have experience with #microfabrication and #nanofabrication, overall product design for #manufacturing, machining and mechanical #fabrication and design, #superconducting electronics, #RF circuit design, pcb layout and fabrication, building gas handling systems, building apparatus for commercial fishing, sex toy product development, open source product development with #Arduino, developing #maker curriculum of various kinds, #biomedical imaging systems, and all sorts of random science and robotic systems I've built over the years. I have a phd in applied physics(#Yale '06) and was a math/physics double major(UC #Berkeley '98). I want to help people build real physical things! I'm happy to work in any industry other than defense or software.

i have a spare folding rollator with footrests, a seat, and a backrest plus extra bar for emergency use as a short term wheelchair if needed. it's like new. i had to replace it (and i also didn't need the extra features anymore), plus I am moving overseas, and I would love this to go to someone who needs it for absolutely nothing in the denver metro area. no questions asked.
i am in town until june 15 and can drive some distance to meet up somewhere public for exchange, up to 45 minutes one way (measured during off hours even if we decide on traffic hours!) from The Medical Center at Aurora (off Potomac).
