In other news, the world's chonkiest pigeon has figured out to de-anchor one of our frog logs from the side of the pool and is riding it like his own private raft. He's not letting anyone else ride on it, not even his pal Rusty (pictured behind him).

These two really enjoy all things doggo, including but not limited to each other. Yesterday evening on our walk we ended up having a group of 3 loose dogs come running up on us, with a mix of stressed/curious energy.

Niko and Gracie handled it beautifully, de-escalating where needed and being friendly wiggly as allowed.

Humans eventually got their doggos and it was a happy rather than an injurious meeting.
