Just a reminder, third-parties are the only parties do not support Israel's genocide on Palestine and their war of aggression throughout the middle east. Both Trump and Biden have been the biggest supporters of Israel.. Anything other than a third-party vote this year is a vote in favor of genocide.

I blocked BGP ASN codes for facebook, threads, google on my home router. I have no issues with my internet, my block count for them are in the 10k's. they have fingers in all sorts. they are literally spyware apps and services, not welcomed in my home or on my mobile. use very similar blocklist on my mobile with custom dns blocklist.

Unfortunate for you. perhaps your friend needs some guidance in not exposing too much info on their devices and the having apps that scrape his contacts. that is my caution with other folks devices...what spyware apps do they have installed that puts my info at danger, esp those GAFAM apps. A few resources for your friends to ponder upon, if they are open to it.

its because other apps have access to you and your contacts default address book. review your phone, contacts, call log permissions and deny most apps those permissions. Ask your contacts to do the same and you may see a reduction in spam calls to you.

hence, I am reluctant to provide my phone number to people as I don't know what apps they have installed on their mobile device. a lot of apps scrape contacts, call history, etc. so I give them a voip number that does not have SMS feature. the voip voice call gets forwarded to my real mobile number. so less spam. if you're in Canada, free voip number from Fongo.com. you control that number, must call 1x every 90 days. just.provide fake credentials

Twitter/X has launched a massive purge against large accounts that have posted in support of Palestine. The purge has taken well-known activists, bloggers, podcasts, journalists such as Alan Mcleod, and even some from critical mainstream outlets like the Intercept’s Ken Klippenstein and Steven Zetti of the Texas Observer.
