Life has had me very busy lately! Finally catching up on all of the gardening and weeding the heat wave kept us from. It's still hot...92 today, but it beats 99!
Love this idea that I spotted in the walled garden at Wakehurst in Sussex. A teepee of hazel stuffed with the dead top growth of the surrounding herbaceous plants. This allows the gardeners to tidy up in late autumn but still provides habitat for creatures.
A great solution for tidy minded gardeners. #gardens #gardening #spacefornature
We can walk away from systems that don't serve us, including social media systems! We can experiment with reestablishing networks after they are disrupted too - that's a good thing to know how to do in these times.
Ode to Spring Tulips - I love my gardens for many reasons. One of them being that I love to photograph the lovely beauty nature offers. I always feel connected to the earth in my garden and it brings a great sense of calm and peace.
The garden is taking shape! I am so ready for Spring! I am not a fan of the thick pollen in the air as it makes breathing difficult and sticks to my contacts, but it means the trees are healthy. :)
