We're working to make a #Federated alternative to #Bandcamp where up and coming bands can connect with fans and share their music on the Fediverse.
The progress is really encouraging, so it's time to get some feedback from real #musicians
My goal is to have something you could actually use in the next month or two. So please get your ideas in so's I can squeeze them into my launch calendar.
Instead of having a #SilentSunday - how about making some music? I fool around on the piano and I've been in a number of all-percussion bands. Do you have an instrument of choice?
Quick introduction now that I've moved to Mastodon Music.
Swiss-based musician - bass, guitar, key, vocals of varying competencies. Played in Sydney in the 80s, Brisbane in the 90s, Myspace in the 00s + a rogue folk-acoustic set somewhere in there, nothing at all in the 10s!, and now active again. Several solo, collaborative and band activities locally and in Australia.
Also trying to recover all my old friends after the unexpected move, so boosts appreciated.

'Redundant' is a 2 part music and film project made by 5 non-binary and transgender artists raising awareness to violence against transgender, non-binary and gender diverse people. We respond to the UK government’s blocking of Scotland's gender recognition reform bill and their avoidance of legislating a ban on conversion therapy.
