so my friend's been playing this mobile dress-up game for like, half a decade. the game itself's been around for 11 years, but has been steadily enshittifying (company investing into crypto shit that went nowhere). anyway apparently the players have just been informed that the game was shutting down in 3 days. all those assets, gone ​:bunhd_sad:​

i asked, apparently there's been some attempt to scrape, but it seems that no one is willing to pay for those efforts so understandably, the volunteers who are trying aren't really prioritizing it

@gil it's pretty sweet. one was apple flavored syrup + cold brew, the other was watermelon syrup + milk + espresso. both were very,,, candy with a hint of coffee. not my thing but it kind of works as a refresher.

ive always thought most cafe drinks were too sweet for me anyway lmao, these didnt really make a difference

@gil and our fume hood is broken is so it's even more stiffling :( and we have to turn off the fans when we weigh stuff because the analytical balance is wonky and sensitive to wind :(
