    Danke für die Texte.

    Als Komödie habe ich die Lesung in keinem Moment empfunden. Der Versuch Satire und Ironie unter zu bringen ja, und das ist etwas ganz anderes.
    Erstaunlich empfand ich Lacher bei der Wohnmobilerwähnung, es schien mir das dies Teil der Reportagetools gewesen sein könnte.

    Das Thema als satirisch sarkastisches Theater aufzuarbeiten ist ein guter Ansatz, den Gegner lächerlich zu machen bedeutet nicht das das Thema lächerlich ist.

    Komödie ist etwas anderes.

    Wenn du jener Szene, jenen Menschen die mit ihm auf die Bühne gehen nicht mer glaubst dann haben "sie" in dir gewonnen mit ihrem Teile und Walte.

    Zweifel und Verzweiflung säen ist Teil ihrer Strategie und wenn du spürst das diese Saat in dir aufgeht solltest du aufhorchen, aber nicht gegen jene die auf unserer Seite stehen sondern ob des gefühlten Gemühtszustandes der in dir erschaffen wurde.

    Perfektionismus bei einem Thema das wenige Menschen im geheimen in null komma nix auf die Beine gestellt haben?

    Hanau war hier nicht Thema und Mord wurde grottenschlecht durch das Wohnmobil angekratzt (und das kann alleine an Tempi und Betonung gelegen haben).

    Es ging hier um Abschiebung heute und in Zukunft. Das Thema Hanau und NSU bei den Betroffenen einschlägt wie in den Screens dokumentiert erfährt der Künstler zwangsläufig erst im nachhinein.

    Du kreuzigst ihn dafür.

    The Cooper's hawk stopped by the bird feeders at the back of the house and then flew around the house to the bird feeders at the front of the house. I didn't see it take any birds, but I saw it take off after several.

    Here is a Cooper's hawk in repose (it's watching the feeders closely). It has a dark grey cap, neck and back and a checkerboard white and orange-ish chest and belly. It has thin yellow legs and wicked black talons. But the most spectacular thing about it are its red eyes and its curved beak.

    This is a "fascinating" effect you can find often. When ever we create simple repeating structures with respect to wild animals, you'll find very soon predators that find out that fact and harvest them.

    You find that in tales about traps set out by trappers that get "hunted" by wolverins.

    Breading facilities that get visited regulary by predators or like in this case birds of prey that get used to check out bird feeders.

    The display of the remake of this extraordinary welcome gif here on mastodon is awesome @bitpickup!

    The first image with it's 2500ms setting in standard gif loop is maybe a littel bit to short. But as masto turns it to an mp4 with a still pic in the beginning the added rising fediVerse on the horizon get it's point.

    Also, not erasing all of the history of this remake by integrating the meaning of the term diaspora itself in times of twitter exodus is kinda kind.

    My instance appears to have a problem - the first load of the network page takes so long that I've had to increase the timeout for php-fpm in my nginx config, or else get 504 errors.

    It seems like later attempts to load the page are a bit faster, but I expect my users will have given up waiting long ago.

    I've seen that others have had similar issues in the past, and there seems to be no solution.

    iotop shows that even AFTER my profile page has loaded, a further 545MB of disk reads due to mysql goes on.

    I'd noticed this sort of extreme disk activity going on before, albeit not as bad.

    Is this a scalability issue in friendica? or is my node under attack?

    Suggestions?

    A year later, many, many journalists still fuel the deadbird site,. They know they are in effect supporting a person who hates them, and amplifies anti-democracy activists.

    Journos rationalize. They say exTwitter is still "where the people are" -- but what they mean, I believe, is that it's where their peers are.

    The in-group conversation they are having is more important than the inconvenience, and effort, of doing what they know is the right thing, for themselves and their audiences.

    There is money to be made in the fediVerse if you look at it like a service for your news outlet subscribers, sports team brand and so many others that are out there.
    Same goes for political partys, public institutions and so on.

    Brands, Artists people are willing to pay for any kind of "BS".

    Have you whitnessed how "complicated" it is for twitter users to sign onto #mastodon or the #fediVers?
    Why do you think that is?
    Maybe because they became used to click and play, accepting unacceptable TOS over "don't think just click" to get feed mindwashing propaganda in sequences that create ever decreasing IQ and concentration span.

    How much money went to Linux development, how much to MS?

    How many android phones are hurled at the wall?

    What is so frustrating about linux desktop in your opinion?
    The fast start up?
    The never ending support?
    The free as in free beer?
    The length of the TOS?
    The fact that the hard ware doesn't get outdated because of oversized slow and bad code updates?

    And on android, what is it that people find so frustrating?

    People don't use linux on PC because it doesn't come preinstalled.

    random idee, verschiedene gruppen von fediverse-admins finden sich zusammen und betreiben jeweils lokale unabhängige kleine rechenzentren für mehr unabhängigkeit. ich hätte bock auf sowas.
