The #Manchester Bee may have been obvious to you, but I was never taught about it at school, & many people didn't know. Again, does that make me less qualified to represent my City?
If not, why would a lack of local knowledge minutiae stop a good representative from #England from representing a #Scottish constituency?

The council thinks we need new offices and don't care about the extra pollution or the quality of life for those living nearby.
#Manchester trams are lively enough during football matches, but having a Barry Manilow concert next door to it at the same time will make them 'interesting' - I guess they'll be tram fulls of drunks singing Copacabanaaaaaaaaa.
Most of the gigs we go to are 12 people watching a folk singer in a pub backroom - so it was a little different 🤣 They're probably the only band that I could be bothered to go to an arena to see.

Gertrude Bell was an archaeologist, travel writer, explorer and political administrator, responsible laying the foundations of the modern state of Iraq.
She made important contributions to archaeology and her books have provided a greater understanding of the cultures of Mesopotamia and ancient Persia.

Good news! Manchester has finished building the world's largest PlayStation 2. Reports are they used an unofficial 256mb memory card for some whopping huge capacity, so some games might not work.
