I think I'm voting well, and I know it matters very little, but at least it matters.

I'm pretty bummed that people who hate the same things as me won't vote, because they have a point.

When the US began, I think most countries in Europe were monarchies or aristocracies, and I Believe there were doubts about the line between letting all the men of property vote and mob rule.
We are all, or mostly, dum-dums. So US democracy is still an experiment.
The choices do suck.
But where we are is here. Trying to do the right thing. Or not.

Voting tactically sucks. We had an actual election in my area today (not a foregone conclusion), and of course I gotta vote for the one most likely to beat the one I don't want.
I wish we had ranked choice voting, so I could vote for the one I like best, and also vote for the safe one!
