Trump's team is more focused so far on building a sprawling network of "#ElectionIntegrity" #lawyers & #PollWatchers than on rounding up organizers & door knockers to reach voters.

#ClimateDiary I don’t know whether anyone else does this, but with so much I read about what is happening right now, like this on #Arizona and heatstroke measures, I can’t help imagining it both as a document read by later historians (“how it all unfolded”) and as a report from the future - ie, this is what I thought would start happening in the future, if we don’t do anything to prevent it.

I find (unfortunately) that those who CAN put things together, who aren’t afraid to use intuition, experience, common sense, are few & far between. Futurists, synthesists, deep thinkers, witches, I don’t know. Somehow the label “doomer” pops up, but too often predictions become fact when it’s too damn late.
I think it’s too damn late for every living thing on this despoiled planet.

We just commemorated the 80th Anniversary of D-Day, when the world was in the thick of WWII & Americans were UNITED in the war effort. That unity helped defeat fascism in 1945.
We’re now living with the PROMISE of an era of real fascism if Convicted Felon Donald Trump & his thugs prevail in 2024.
That nightmare can become our reality if we don’t spread the TRUTH & GET OUT THE VOTE.
This time around, it’s up to YOU, ME, ALL OF US.
We have to become another “Greatest Generation.”
