As many of you know, I bailed from my trip early due to stomach issues. Still saw some beautiful scenery in the Three Sisters Wilderness on my very long day. I’m feeling much better so far this morning so it might have just been a 24-hour bug.🤞🏼Very happy to be home. Drinking lots of electrolytes and resting.
Here's an old pic I took of the snow-capped Llullaillaco #volcano, as seen at #sunset from ESO's Paranal Observatory in Chile. The volcano itself sits at the border between #Chile and #Argentina. I love the colour contrast between the ochre expanse of the Atacama #Desert and the white #snow covering the volcano!
This is one of my favorite shots from a recent photo shoot. In the center at the end is the Starorobocinski Wierch, the highest peak in the Western Tatras in Poland.

Caddo Lake Dawn - Right before sunrise the sky lit up with some wonderful colors against a silhouette of cypress trees in the lake. I also loved the nice reflections in the water of the trees and sky colors in this early morning capture on Caddo Lake.
A few years ago my buddy Andy Crawford invited me down to Louisiana to explore the swamps with him. It was great having a guided tour, and photographing places I'd never see without him showing me. There are no hiking trails here. if you don't have a boat and don't know the bayous, you're not getting here. I have just returned from my 2023 road trip! Visited Glacier National Park for the first time, and returned to Yoho and Jasper.
Did lots of hiking, camping in the alpine, landscape photography and wildlife photography. I even got to photograph the northern lights for the first time!
I took several thousand pictures which I will dive into editing over the next weeks and months, but for now here is a shot from my phone from the most beautiful place I have ever visited.
The Grand Canyon East Rim offers stunning panoramic views of the canyon. Marvel at the canyon's vastness, colorful rock formations & if you step up to the edge you will see the mighty Colorado River.
Not the kind of thing I usually post... but just wanted to share this sunset pic I took last month while out for oatmeal during a thunderstorm😁
Does anyone else enjoy going out in bad weather sometimes?
