Between finding the tire flat, then running a meeting for an hour with a board member present (apparently it went well!), then having to get my tire fixed like right away...

Is part of the internet off on holiday? About half or more of my feed isn't loading images and/or avatars. The rest of it is fine. And I can load up some websites fine and some don't load at all. (On Firefox/Android/city internet wifi)

Almost gave blood today. They were so kind as I was updating my name and my gender. The issue now was my iron wasn’t high enough to safely give. But I am glad to see progress on the US Red Cross towards being inclusive.

(hint: if you truly want to celebrate your mother, do what we always did for my mom, and do the buffet the week BEFORE or the week AFTER, when the buffet is better and you don't have crowds; I also used to go to the chocolate/flower stores the DAY AFTER and had gotten flowers for 90% off and chocolates for 50-75% off... 😉
