Whenever I hear the music from the original Destiny game, I cannot help but tear up.

I have so so many important gaming and personal memories connected to the OG game. Not to mention, it’s where I met my wife.

Apparently, all I needed were antibiotics and POOF! Brain can write an essay.

Flow state, and now I'm nearly done. I love it when that happens!

I think I’d been trying to fight off that infection for a few weeks now but didn’t realize I was sick. Bless up to modern medicine. 💊

Hard to believe we’re about to be into the month of June. At least for me, 2024 is flying by at light speed!

Maybe that’s because I’m slowly seeing some stability and improvements in my health?

Maybe it’s because I’m studying at Uni again?

Maybe it’s because I’m very happy after our move last year?

Only real negative? I don’t game as much as I want to, but I still try to when energy allows.

I’m a verbal processor (poor wifey lol) so I’m thinking of trying dictation for idea generation but I’m also afraid it’ll be too fragmented.

I’m excited to be back in Uni but goodness me… is it ever different now. 👀

(Edit: I should disclose my prior Uni studies were for an Arts degree in graphic design & new media)

My new med for RA finally arrived by delivery courier. This is after 6 weeks of talking to the drug manufacturer, 2 speciality pharmacists, doing paperwork, intake phone calls, and finally scheduling a delivery.

The med is covered under a provincial ‘compassionate care’ program because it costs $6,200 USD / month out of pocket.

I share because it’s important to know what we go through. We don’t choose to be sick. We don’t want this. We just want to be well. 💜
