That's their Sunday ruined. I only ever saw it once and this is literally the only thing I remember about it.

Just had to block someone on Post who claimed to be a “medical scientist” and was urging people to get exposed to viruses to improve their immune health. When I argued, she called me silly and asked what I thought vaccines did.

Maybe she wasn't a scientist as claimed, but I have no time for this level of ignorance any longer.

@augieray indeed. She may have been right in a way but there's a world of difference between the attenuated virus in a vaccine and the unpredictable undomesticated virus rampaging around in the wild.

@TCMuffin too many bridle paths and byways have been ruined because of off road vehicles. Some become practically unusable unless you're in a 4x4.

Looza's having some sort of flag-based protest at the Cenotaph (I thought they were against those but hey). The police have just confiscated their beers and they're having an absolute meltdown 🤣

@pvonhellermannn it baffles me. If, instead of spending all the time and money lobbying for oil and against green tech developments, they had got on board we could have been in so much better a position than we are. But no, keep desperately clinging to a polluting and dying industry. Like addicts desperate to not go to rehab, hanging on like grim death to a habit that will ultimately debilitate or kill them.

@Rasta he can seem a touch complex, but he's really worth sticking with. I'm very fond of the 'ships' series but it's a close second for the culture novels. Only my preference though.
