" satellites threaten to hide asteroids that pose danger to humanity

The International Astronomical Union demands that urgent action be taken against the uncontrolled proliferation of these devices. satellites make it difficult to search for objects at risk of impacting the Earth"

Irony:

dreams of "saving" humanity by colonizing , dooms us to impact- his toys blot our warning

Sun and moon combo: I finally got some OK skies overnight last night and few enough clouds to shoot through during the day today to get another moon/sun combo. These images were captured a little over 9 hours apart.

The sun and moon captured about 6 hours apart on April 23. The sun was super active with tons of sunspots and the moon was 100% full. I captured the moon right after it cleared the trees and the color is unedited.

Both were captured from my backyard with my QHY168C camera and EQ6-R mount. I used a homemade solar filter with Thousand Oaks film for the sun shots.

One of my students’ projects was to research tools that we could 3D print for others in our school. One of the tools that we ended up was a microscope phone mount for our science classes.

This also was great mounted on my today at home as we got ready to look at the with a solar filter. Much easier to share and talk about what we see as well as take photos and videos. Accessibility options benefit everyone.

All satellites are assembled on Earth, in clean rooms whose humidity is close to 50°C. As it is propelled into space, its various components gradually cool down... and water condenses. To encourage evaporation, radiators have been installed in Euclid's instrument bay and the mirrors of the ...

I never thought I'd write a Vim plugin, but working on an ever-growing CSS file that can't be split has made me creative. With https://github.com/gbirke/telescope-foldmarkers.nvim I can now use the excellent Telescope extension to jump between sections in my file where I have put fold markers. A table of contents for an otherwise unstructured file!
