A couple other points I want to make. Watching these Monsterverse movies has given me a new appreciation for #GodzillaMinusOne. That film handles the human elements so much better than any of these do plus it also gives you the thrill of the giant monster - it’s really the best of both worlds.
Lastly, watching these has indeed increased my enjoyment of the #Monarch TV show quite a bit since I now know what the heck is going on. Shouldn’t have to be true, but it is, for me at least. 👍

I started watching #Monarch today on AppleTV. Really well done. I haven’t watched any of the Godzilla or Kong movies which are supposed to fill in its backstory, but so far I don’t feel like I’m missing out on much. Might try to find the 2014 Godzilla one just for kicks.

The cast is led by Kurt Russell and his son Wyatt Russell, who will be playing Lee Shaw in the show’s different eras.

During a nice walk in a park a few weeks ago, we got treated to a bunch of #monarch#butterflies having lunch on some flowers. So pretty! Was happy I had my longer lens with me, though they seemed relaxed enough I could probably have gotten closer.
Good Sunday morning, everyone. This year we have only seen one monarch butterfly, but in the past, we saw many. Here is a mating pair on some old Queen Anne's lace. They obviously weren't disturbed by me and my camera.

Local non-profit greenhouse has an annual garden next to the parking lot that changes every year.
