Here's one most people will have missed:
In the early 2000 my "farmer" classmates got diesel cars as their first vehicle. They'd fill it up with "red diesel", a very cheap (no sales & excise tax) fuel legally only to be used in farm vehicles.
Despite stern warnings only one of them ever had its fuel checked. He received a small fine.
3/3 As a start: This instantly destroys the case for electrification of farm vehicles. With no sales tax and no excise tax the fuel costs will win from electricity that does have some taxes on it.
It also decreases the incentive for sensible use of existing diesel vehicles.
Using an old diesel tractor for pumping well water? Sure, no need to replace that with an electric pump.
Buying a small (electric or diesel) frontloader for light farm work? Naa, we'll use the massive one for that.

This was an April Fools joke last week. But given that an Omen, Ghostbusters, and another Godzilla/Kong movie are in the theaters right now, I don’t see how this is effective satire.
So, I requested a copy of a recent MRI from Kaiser-Permanente. They sent it to me on a CD-ROM and as I always do, I checked everything on there for viruses and got an all-time record for amount of malware. 7 total trojans and what not from just one of the files.
Something tells me Kaiser is next to get ransomwared, honest to gerd.
I’m at a loss for words. Akira toriyama has passed. I find out 6 days later. The works of his imagination were a huge part of my childhood. Seeing him involved in the new Dragon Ball anime’s warmed my heart. His vision brought together amazing worlds, Interesting characters .I hope you and your family find peace. I went to my local park to see the spring chorus frogs in one of the many vernal pools there. Vernal pools are seasonal wetlands that appear in the winter and spring and dry out in the summer. I was shocked to find that all of the vernal pools that I checked out were bone dry. So this is a video from last year. The male chorus frogs are singing in a vernal pond.
