Ready for spooky #Dog treats?

I just finished editing the first Halloween video. I think. I'll look at it again tomorrow before I post it. I'm excited but the #PeerTube account has so many new followers since TODAY that I'm slightly terrified. So far, the Fediverse and YouTube have been equally nice so I'm hopeful.

Moxxi has a life-threatening injury (scraped her paw) and is on house arrest (no zoomies) until we get to the vet to make sure there's nothing more to it, because she's limping. We'll go on a backpack sniffari later today but most of the weekend will be spent inside 😭

I also add a pump of fish oil + whatever fruit I have handy. She used to stare at her food without touching it and now she RUNS to her bowl. Which reminds me that she'd much rather eat her food out of a puzzle or slow feeder than a regular bowl.

Okay #DogsOfMastodon if hypothetically I had 2 apple trees worth of apples coming up and wanted to make #dog #treats with applesauce, what #recipe should I try? I searched online and every single website I tried has more ads than text (I'm on my phone) and I got annoyed, so I'm going to try sourcing that recipe on #Mastodon.

I had a very weird experience with #YouTube and #ads this morning, so I thought aight, let's give #Peertube another shot. But I need help because I don't... get it? Is it just me?

As an end user who doesn't want to run my own instance, what I do is I look up Peertube, click a link, end up on a page that tells me it's a French thing. Great. Love it for them. I am also of the french genes, we're like twins. I want to see videos though? 1/3

@gbhnews some powdered cold medicine that you mix with hot water like Theraflu. One cup before going to bed. Clears out your sinuses, knocks you right out. You get a better sleep and wake up feeling slightly better and ready to feel like trash for the next 12h (unless you have a tiny bladder and fear that you'll have to get up to pee every 15 minutes).
