If ONE MORE neurotypical person tells me to clean as I go, set alarms, and make lists, my head is going to explode. NO SUSAN, IT NEVER EVER OCCURRED TO ME TO WRITE A TO DO LIST OR SET A REMINDER ON MY PHONE. AND NO ONE HAS EVER SUGGESTED ANY OF THOSE THINGS TO ME BEFORE. So much to do that it's overwhelming. Even trying to break things down into mini-chores doesn't help. Mom is no help. She sits on her ass, watching me and telling me when I'm not doing a job to HER standards. Or she suddenly feels the need to be in the space where I'm working and gets in my way. (Usually in the kitchen)
Today's goals: wash dishes, clean out fridge, empty trash. Maybe a load or 2 of laundry.
I know the commonly accepted wisdom is that you shouldn’t exercise in the morning on an empty stomach, but I’m trying to lose weight and previously I’ve never had a problem exercising on an empty stomach in the morning.
