Do you have, or have considered having a separate account on a social platform (for example, Mastodon), where you can be honest and open about your feelings, frustrations and struggles?

Not to ask for solutions, but just to talk?

I wouldn't want to burden people who I connect with on this account with such things, as that's not what this account is about.

I personally don't have such an alternate account as I'm quite fine with sharing more personal stuff with followers only and I also don't mind 'being burdened' with emotional talk (one can also always mute certain hashtags or filter it out somehow).

But I do have a 2nd account specifically for gardening topics and things I generally don't want to mix up.

Anyone feel that lockdown ruined them?

By that, I mean damaged them socially to levels that they are finding it difficult to recover from?

@andycarolan okay, I might have been too universal. 😅 The world is changing all the time, but this time I have noticed big changes within the smallest structures.
Even friendships I'd have considered to be close and constant changed to having no contact/connection anymore (despite trying to revive them).
People seem to have not only forgotten how to socialize in person, but also how to kindly interact or be empathetic.
First I thought this is just me, but people keep making similar experiences.
