I suppose it's worth saying that ideas are not copyrightable, only created work. If they were, none of us could be writers.
Also copyright is implicit the moment you create something - in any country that's signatory to the International Declaration on Human Rights. Clause #27 is about copyright.

So I got my ADTPro disk+ cable kit. I can bootstrap ADTPro via serial from linux machine but then it fails to writes (brand new) DSDD blank diskettes.
ADTPro Disk I received did boot to initial menu but systematically fails when I select serial (Error #27 which is I/O Error). So maybe the disk drive is fried too
