This is an experiment with Mastodon threads. I post loads of plant photos here and thought that I might be able to organise them by garden using sub-threads.

One of my favorite wildflowers is just starting to bloom — prairie coneflower. I love their ruffled petals and unique flower structure. They bloom all over the local hiking trails, and I’m happy they regrow themselves in the spaces between my garden patio stones each year, too. 🌻
Spring has begun and magnolias have bloomed beautifully. I just mounted an old $20 Soviet lens to my Sony camera and took some photos. Check out the spring dreamy look! 🌸 Thank you for being there!
