Hab im Botanischen Garten ein paar Hummelhintern einfangen können 🙂
Habe aber nicht rausgefunden, was das für ein toller Strauch ist, das würde mich nochmal interessieren…

weiter Hummel auf Blüten, größere Umgebung, und an dem Strauch sind sehr viele Blüten

Es sind quasi nur cremeweiße Blüten auf dem Bild zu sehen, ein paar wenige grüne Blätter, und in einer Ecke hinter dem Strauch ein lila blühender Rhododendron

We see the 'back' top of a honeybee with wings spread, more or less vertically perched on a pussywillow which is partly still silvery fuzziness and at one end shows pink unopened pollen cases with a few stamens open at top. The catkin is on an erect red-brown smooth willow stem. Background pinkish blur of more stems.
Large bumblebee queen pale gold with black head, legs, 'shoulder' spot and black band toward 'tail' with an orange band below that. She's carrying an orange clump of pollen and hovering in front of several pink-purple sort of trumpet shaped flowers, growing from just opened palmate foliage above the flowers.

Flowers update, at end of my lunch break.

Indoors - one of my tiger bloomed last night.

Outdoors - 1st , of bloomed & more to open this week. One of my Syrian friends gave me a pot of rhizomes 3yrs ago.
More grape soda bloomed too.

Black purple Iris nigricans flower & flower buds. Dirty basement window is in background.
Light purple iris flowers - they smell like grape soda / grape bubblegum.

The same slow-growing lisianthus as always, new chive sprouts, asarina seeds, yellow mini tomato (been going a while), Chilean glory vine seeds, mixed seeds (sunflower and ageratum), mixed seeds (saponaria and sunflower), peony poppy, gazania. All in a nine-place Click & Grow hydroponic unit. There is an orchid plant in front of the unit and a drosera plant (sundew) behind.
