Israelis have been a war belligerent since 1967 as they never lifted the declaration of war, and never signed peace with the country it is occupying: #palestine
Peace would also mean to make an end to the occupation.
Absolutely appalling scenes from #Harvard. #Jewish students being harassed. While protesting against the slaughter of civilians by #Israel in #palestine is justified. The usual crap of threats against those who do not agree and calling for harm to the #USA is not acceptable. Also any support for #hamas should result in those doing so being taken away. Hamas have killed many of their own people, and knew exactly what they were doing when they killed so many innocent #Israelis.
Calling protesters "Pro-Hamas", because they protest the genocidal slaughtering of #Palestinians in #Gaza by #Israelis, is like calling Americans who fought in WWII, "pro-communist". Nazis at the time were saying they were fighting "Jewish Bolshevik sub-humans".
Oh, wait!… That's what Trump calls the Democrats now: "communist thugs".
Lyndon Johnson, one of the most accomplished POTUS, was forced to withdraw from the presidential race in '68 and never was reelected. Wonder why…

In late October last year the majority of #Israelis showed they supported the #genocidal attacks on #gaza. In fact, many thought the IDF should be killing far more. #Israel is, like South Africa once was, a nation of mostly white supremacists devoted to #apartheid and their own privilege built on oppression, and to treating the occupied, indigenous people as sub-humans.

Of course there are other organisations. I know a bit about one (al Mubadara - the PNI) that has long advocated non-violence & a 2 state solution (although they are on the verge of giving up on the latter).
Of course, #Israelis hate PNI as #Hamas, & arrested the Sec Gen (a Doctor) & smashed his knee with a rifle butt.
It seems the only person who could successfully unite Palestinians is Marwan Barghouti, currently serving life sentences in Israel.

#Trump Says Little on #Gaza, & Nothing About What He’d Do Differently
In the ~5 months since #Hamas invaded #Israel on #Oct7, igniting the most divisive #ForeignPolicy crisis of #Biden’s presidency, Trump has said noticeably little about the subj.
“So you have a war that’s going on, & you’re probably going to have to let this play out. You’re probably going to have to let it play out, because a lot of people are dying,” #Trump said in an interview w/Univision a month after the attack. His main advice to #Netanyahu & the #Israelis …was to do a better job w/ “public relations,” because the #Palestinians were “beating them at the public relations front.”

When people say “host your own server” to me I am going to start telling them to represent themselves in court. Most protests we hear about removing Nethanyahu are largely about internal power struggle, but not against genocide itself.
