Moved the hacked PS1 mini (it has like 80+ games on it now thanks to Autobleem, the most important of them being Diablo) to the living room to start up a new Diablo run. I beat it two years ago in September and I started my run(s) in August 2021. Something about August and fall, I guess. Last time, I tried a sorcerer but struggled til I switched to fighter, which I beat it with. This time, I'm trying a rogue. Never tried rogue before. Should be wild. Time for tons of saving and leaving all my gear on the ground in town! 🤣

Ffs.

The US government has NOT admitted that there are aliens. Three people gave testimony about something either that they saw, or that they heard from other people who saw things. The majority of their testimony was hearsay.

The only thing that will come out of this is hopefully a better way for pilots to report unexplained objects or phenomena.

The way people talk about this you'd think that these three guys brought an alien with them to testify. 🙄

  1. Immediately claim it was fake, instantly pivoting to either "They want you to believe in aliens!" or "This is to distract you from the REAL aliens!"

  2. Switch their obsession to something else unfalsifiable.

I didn't put black pepper, salt, Himalayan salt, or sugar in a bottle. Also not leaving the saffron in a pinch-able tin was probably a mistake but it looked better this way.

Although perhaps getting less crap, since a friend @yesterzine let me in on the little secret that this version works with a mouse. After five minutes of rummaging, I was in business.

Note the "surfboard" thigh-mounted mousemat, comfortably pushing the SNES itself into second place on the "Most #90s Thing In This Photo" hiscore table.

#TurnsOutIveNeverPlayed is my latest #RetroGaming wheeze. Far too many games sit on my shelves after acquisition and just rot there.

This game must have been in my collection for 20 years and I'm sure I've never played it. So I fixed that.

"Robotica: Cybernation Revolt" for the #SEGA #Saturn is a 1st-person Mech shooter with a memorable - if repetitive - soundtrack. It's not great, it's not terrible; less slick than "Hexen" and less intense than "Alien Trilogy". Will I play it again? Maybe.
