Today is my 21st wedding anniversary. On our first wedding anniversary, we were pretty broke, so hubs made me homemade coupons for massages, but he spelled it wrong, so I got a handful of printed out coupons for 1 Hour of Messages. So, every year since I get something like this:

I learned that a very tiny amount of alcohol is bad for health and totally destroys sleep patterns, so I started to pay attention tonight my sleep tracking data when I consumed alcohol and I can confirm from personal experience: Even in small amounts it totally destroys my night and health metrics.
Hi #PKUers, I'd like to share my exp from my Holiday in Italy. I was on trip during Tuscany (Pisa, Siena, etc.). It was marvelous. Daily we walked about 20km (cca 13miles) 2x interrupted by trip to cities. We spent all days in one hotel. Food during trips weren't problem, but dinners ať Hotel was terrifying. I tried to explain to the chef at least 5timeswhat Is possible for me to eat. Renault was, that I had 4x boiled potatoes without salt. So I gave it up. Has anyone similar exp?
Look who was a naughty stop-out last night /this morning.
We spotted him/her leaving the food box & on the way home to bed. He/she tried to be unobtrusive in the corner behind the garden bench, but decided that wasn't working...
He/she headed off to bed & made it into the undergrowth with no mishaps. Sweet dreams little hog.
(But look at these spots! The thing that actually should be routine, but almost never comes out like this. Now if only the results were as good as the spots... 🤪)
@soheb Fun that you shared this one now that I did my third and final one at home this week. I just didn't post it yet because nobody else seems to do so any more (and I forgot to take a picture before it was done this time).
