In just a few days, for the tenth time in history, Europeans will head to the polls across our Union for the #EUElections2024.

We should never take democracy for granted. #UseYourVote on 6-9 June.

Caution: this has only been tested in kilogram-scale quantities so far. But it's promising enough that scaled-up tests are due within the next weeks. (TLDR: you can use recycled concrete as flux in an electric arc furnace to purify iron ore … and as a by-product get Portland cement, with no fossil carbon requirement.)

Why people are so proud at introducing CSS hacks for interactivity behaviors on their website instead of writing a phew lines of JavaScript when we know that’s an accessibility nightmare.

If you prioritize some nerds who hate JavaScript over people with assisting technologies to be able to navigate the web you’re not only a dickhead to my eyes, but what you’re doing is the opposite of “ethical”
