Dear Cassandra at autistics life: I have intensely studied #Buddhism , what I believe is so important is detachment and things always in transition (impermanence). Detachment is probably thee hardest thing to achieve because of clinging to good things and bad things. Freeing the mind from external and internal forces in nature takes great patience. One must enter a relaxed state to be able to free the mind. Impermanence is only understood through insight, detachment allows us to perceive impermanence, we must let go of everything in order to become detached from what we biasedly believe is true reality of the conscious mind. We cannot work to gain detachment because the merely striving creates an unnatural force that prevents detachment.

Cats can use hundreds of facial expressions to communicate, a new study reveals.
Over the course of a year, researchers recorded a total of 276 distinct facial expressions used among a colony of 50 cats living at a cat cafe in Los Angeles. The felines' faces ranged from playful to aggressive and everything in between, according to the study, published Oct. 18 in the journal Behavioural Processes.
Researchers recorded hundreds of facial expressions in cats, finding they're not quite as aloof as previously thought.

Dear Viss at mastodon social: My case is rather unique because I tested positive for Coronavirus (COVID-19) on several antigen tests, but all pcr tests came back negative. So my pcp still had to quarantine me, so I really do not know if I had been exposed to COVID-19 or not, my pcp feels that COVID-19 antigen test were false positives, I am still not sure, my pcp says that the pcr tests are more conclusive. Yet I still wonder if I had contracted COVID-19 and my body's immune system won the battle, my pcp said there should of been genetic markers if such was the case.

In essence, I encountered a problem on the fediverse and could take decisive action to protect myself and others by having the problem yeeted into the void. One minute I had a problem, the next myself and many others didn't. You just don't get that anywhere else

There will never be a perfect reliable social medium for public discourse, the fediverse is compromised of many people operating their own individual personal fiefdoms. Today at #crossfit we were asked who would you have a meal with if it had to be anyone or someone famous and I answered Abraham Lincoln. I should've said Hillary Clinton it sounded better but her name wasn't the 1st person in my mind. Today I heard someone answer when asked how are you doing and they said I'm good despite our state going to hell and that was a white woman who said that giving me comfort that I live in a blue suburb.
