There is an ongoing spam attack on the fediverse for the last couple of days. It's more widespread than before, as attackers are targeting smaller servers to create accounts. Before, usually only mastodon.social was targeted and our team could take care of it. For server administrators out there: If you don't need open registrations, switch over to approval mode. If you do, blocking disposable e-mail providers is a massive stopgap to the problem. Mastodon also supports hCaptcha.

@Gargron If you want to encourage servers to switch to manual approval. Maybe switch the order on joinmastodon.org to put the servers that require manual approval ahead of the open servers? By putting the open servers first it appears joinmastodon.org is endorsing open registrations.

If you want to quit a game, I cannot stress enough how much simply uninstalling and not playing for even a day or two

The games are absolutely not designed for people who play sporadically and you'll quickly realize how pointless it is and how much more time you have.

It's all just jpgs anyway. The SEA gaming insustry doesn't want you to know this but the jpgs on the internet are free. I have 4502352 jpgs.

If you havent' broken your addiction yet I highly recommend it. At least for me just a week later I had already lost the daily urge to get my crap and realized "who cares there's no more possibility for a 'perfect game'."

And if you ever go back you'll noticed how disgustingly samey and grindy it all is. Like 40 daily actions you MUST perform and all of them largely boil down to navigating a menu, mashing through text and waiting.

@SirTapTap I feel like the amount you have to do per day varies wildly between games. is very slow and it takes a long time to get through all the menus. mobile is a bit better.

Any #ffmpeg expert that know how to fit an audio to the length of a filter complex concat output ? -shortest fit the audio to the shortest input which is not what I look for.

@totetmatt I don't know exactly the command you are using, so I can't help you with your specific problem. Also, ffmpeg may not even be able to do it as a single command. Some things in video have to be done with 2 passes, for example.
