But just to walk through it, if Christians fear Satan and tell stories about the threats he poses, surely there must be some expectation that God could destroy Satan if he wanted to. I'm having trouble finding that. It seems like, ultimately, Satan will be trapped in Hell. Why not destroyed?

(Just curious about your opinion. I have no supernatural beliefs.)
