This ends pooorly, coz it pushes out your best people - who can easily find a new job.

e.g. @Broadcom, whose CEO declared no remote work at $AVGO, big shock to incoming @VMware teams. I suspect attrition is the point, but expect it will not push out the staff they want it to.
