Can someone explain to me why I have to repeatedly reapply for my US permanent overseas voter ballot (not sure which sea, I live in Canada). Like "I am trying to do XYZ but I am running into this issue" and someone says "Oh just use the $120 ABC plugin"
Will the plugin do exactly as intended? Will it be supported for a few engine versions, or will its developers just up and disappear? Do I have to join some obscure Discord channel and have to be "verified" before I can ask the dev questions?

It needs fret work. A few frets pulled out a little.
Local shop does PLEK:
$225
$300 if frets need to be reseated.
Too low to PLEK, so refret needed:
$600
BUT it's a finished maple neck, so needs to be refinished after planing:
$850.
I could buy a neck AND get it PLEK'd for less.
I could almost buy a new MIM Tele for that.

I'm all for picking the right tool for the job btw... I't just does not make any sense to invist into multiple distros and never mastering any of them.

Okay I have just finished the Phantom Liberty DLC and I have some... issues with design decisions.
Platforming in first person SUCKS 99 times out of 100 and that includes this game. When you can't be sure how close your feet is to the edge you are as likely to randomly fall off a ledge as jump from it.
Loooong action sequences with no auto saves nor ability to save anywhere is just False Difficulty meant to punish the player for failure.
Just want to point out that the "fancy outfit" V gets for attending the party is the frumpiest piece there. She would look more at home at the heavy bling party in her everyday wear (And I don't dress her that blingy at all) than in that... thing.
Ads on websites can be annoying on the desktop but on mobile it seems we are getting to the point where the sites are downright unusable. It’s almost like peak popup ads era of the web. Okay, evidently I'm sufficiently tired that I can't focus on writing code, so it is evidently the time to #rant about why I think the way that #ActivityPub does it with OrderedCollection will fail readily, and what you can do about it.
First, a caveat: AS actually admits that this is a problem and a hard one and punts the difficulty, saying "you need to load the entire thing if you want total ordering."
My problem with that statement is that it is neither necessary nor sufficient.
