🤩These incredible members (ages 65-95!) are proving that age is just a number. They're having a blast, staying strong, and building a wonderful community together.
A rugby team set up for young people with Down’s syndrome has been described as a “lifeline” by parents who say there is a chronic lack of opportunities for their children.
Inclusion is always a great thing imho. We have made great steps in supporting and integrating people with #DownsSyndrome in the last 25 years. More to do.

Accommodations are hardly ever the solution. For a disabled person to be granted accommodations, we have to jump through numerous hoops, and there is no guarantee they will be granted (it's hardly ever a doctor deciding-it's an institution). Allies build inclusion in so we don't need accommodations.

'The Diverse Investing Collective has launched a data dashboard that measures how much money is in the hands of gender-diverse and racially diverse portfolio management teams.... The initial version of the dashboard focuses on gender and a second version that will provide data on race and ethnicity in addition to gender will be released later in 2024.'
