Today is my wife's birthday. It's pretty much just us.
She was surprised when I told her she needed to go to the bakery and pick up her birthday cake I secretly ordered her.
I don't eat due to my feeding tube so she wasnt really expecting one.
I would have baked her one, but with my #parkinson's it was better to secretly order one and send her to get it than make a cake that would require her to clean up a mess on her birthday.

Today I read an article where scientists figured out that during deep sleep the #brain "takes the trash out" (literally getting rid of bad substances that accumulate in the brain tissue).
Having a short and/or disturbed deep sleep cycle (e.g. snoring or sleep apnea) may prevent that and lead to #Alzheimer or #Parkinson.
