Awesome that Reuters finds the opportunity to flaunt their part in fact-checking content on Facebook - and yet only one paragraph into this article, they propagate the blatant falsehood that Threads "attracted 70 million users the first day".

No, it didn't; Meta just decided to auto-generate a Thread profile for God knows how many Instagram users - even people who didn't want one. That's literally the opposite of "attracting users".
