I think it’s semi-hilarious that there’s a blog post going around which basically says Metal Shading Language is by far the best shading language (without actually saying it)
Also the author gets bonus points for mentioning WGSL, but the loses them all again for complaining that WGSL isn’t more expressive than the languages it compiles to

started my first playthrough of Control a couple days ago, after finishing up Alan Wake and Alan Wake's American Nightmare earlier this week
having now watched one of Digital Foundry's videos on it with raytracing stuff, I have to say: while it does look even better with RT enabled, it still looks incredible without, and runs really well
and that's all on top of it being super fun to play with a good story. would recommend

Where is my #adaptive#cruise#control???? I used to pull down the shift lever once to get it, and twice for FSD/#Autopilot. Now it has a single pull down going to FSD. Of course they could have borked the adaptive cruise control speeds like they borked speed under FSD. I have no way to find out now.
