I like my Kindle, but the guy has some good points, Color E-ink just... isn't good yet. And it's expensive as hell.
Give me an e-ink device, that lets me connect to multiple sources EASILY, Has GOOD color representation, and doesn't cost $500
Doesn't help that Amazon sort of controls the market.
There are some decent offerings from Kobo and a couple others, but getting books onto them (even with Calibre) can be tedious depending on the source. (mostly DRM issues)
I have a nook and 99% of my stuff comes from B&N. My needs are super simple and I don't really want to mess around with too much. I download books, I read books.
