Si je sterilise ma gourde en inox et que j'y met de l'eau qui a bouilli, et que je ferme la gourde hermétiquement, l'eau est consommable combien de temps ?
Je veux dire à part l'eau en plastique, quel solution pour stocker de l'eau potable ?

@Looping L’air qui est contenue dans ta gourde n’est pas stérile je dirai que tu pourrais le consommer sous une petite semaine.
Reprend le principe d’une bouteille d’eau en plastique que tu aurais consommé, il est marqué.

@Looping La différence entre ce que tu veux faire et l’industriel c’est que lors de l’embouteillage la machine est stérile et tu as un flux laminaire stérile pour remplir les bouteilles d’eau.
Je te conseillerais de la boire dans les 3j avec ta méthode.
