Like many people, I have two parents. My father is an electrical engineer who taught me all about computers, language, math, and music.
My mother was trained in information science, and is an entrepreneur, publisher, writer, educator and consummate networker.
She taught me how to forge my own path in the world, to develop a unique voice, do what fulfills me, and become whatever I want — based on my inherent curiosity and values.

I photographed this deer and her two spotted fawns dining on the greenery next to the vet's in the middle of town where I used to live. There was so much wildlife around there, that kind of sight wasn't uncommon.
This #beaver family was enjoying a tasty meal of reeds when I happened upon them. The #family that eats together, stays together...or so the saying goes. All my images are available as cards too, just in case you're looking for a Mother's Day card.
