From a cursory reading of an MSN article about it, looks like Trump is endorsing his opponent mainly b/c Good endorsed Ron DeSantis' presidential campaign. 😂 Trump recognizes no personal quality other than loyalty to him.

In addition to Mirlo, I intend to get my music up on Faircamp, Funkwhale, Jam Co-op, etc.

But it took more time than I expected to get established on Mirlo, so when I went to the Faircamp site and saw a completely different setup that looks even more complicated, my brain was like NOPE. DRUGS ALL GONE. NOT ENOUGH BRAINS LEFT FOR TASK. :AAAAAA:

Yeah it’s possible the dog is howling, but I’m 200% certain that dog is not playing those notes. You can tell for sure when he puts his paws on those very top high notes, but the notes you hear are not that high.

Whoever dubbed in the notes did a masterful job of matching it up and choosing nearby yet more musical notes to make it more believable.

It is indeed breaking apart. But one could make the argument it’s because all our social interactions are happening online where the Techbros are trying to algorithmically compartmentalize us from ever having to tolerate anyone without our exact same mindsets. Covid didn’t help; we lost a lot of our casual connections that let us all practice being around people not like our in-group.

Maybe it all started with self-checkout and online shopping.¯_(ツ)_/¯

I usually don’t mind self-checkout and understand the need for it, but dang it’s frustrating to be expected to Do the Thing and then fail and need help anyway which defeats the (supposed) purpose of saving time and not tying up an employee.

I made a lot of new online friends at the start, but everyone kind of dropped off once the world opened back up and everyone pretended life was back to normal. No one wanted to meet online anymore. The Zoom fatigue was real.

I’m glad I eventually found the Fediverse, at least. 🥰

I can’t remember who, but someone on here was asking if Thor had a mighty voice like his namesake. And…he does not 😹

He is a pathetic whiny baby and this is how he sounds most of the time.
