Musk finally went that step too far. He got used to being able to say whatever he wanted on Twitter because he can unilaterally punish the accounts of anyone he didn’t like, and forgot there are consequences for shooting off his mouth.
Nice end to a year of incredible decline for Elon Musk. He trashed Twitter, blew up his SpaceX rocket, and Tesla is struggling against rising competition.
We do not need him to build a better world. In truth, he stands in the way of achieving one.
I doubt many people on here will be surprised by the grifts that #Tesla and Musk are pulling, but reading them all in this oner compiled by @pluralistic , it does make me wonder why on earth anyone actually buys Tesla cars? (Or are all car companies this bad? I've never owned a car so it's hard for me to know?)
Why? Why is there shock? Elon Musk is a toddler in a middle-aged guy's body. He's capricious, emotional, moody, egotistical, and utterly oblivious to the chaos he causes.
He eventually ruins everything he touches this way: companies, relationships, everything.
This shouldn't be a shock to anyone who hasn't been locked in a cave for the past several years.
