that was invented by and a bad psychologist to discredit a female hostage who didn't trust the cops after they did nothing to protect the captive employees during a bank heist.

Her "crime" was trying to negotiate with the criminals to protect her own life, while the police and the state preferred having dead hostages over closing any deal with the thieves.

American cops set a new record for killing people in 2023, with 1,329.

The number of people they've killed has increased in every year since the racial justice movement of 2020.

There were only 14 days without a police killing last year.

CT state troopers entered up to 60K fake tickets, issued to imaginary white people, to game a database designed to ferret out racial profiling. (And didn't enter real tickets issued to Black people.) One in 4 troopers were doing it. And it seems like nobody is being punished for this crime.

Yesterday at a protest, Dutch ordered everyone to remove their face mask.

It was a large gathering, and several of us were wearing to protect against . It's a bloody pandemic, after all!

I did not comply, but felt very uncomfortable after the order. As if a target had been painted on my forehead.

It doesn't help that anti-mask attitudes are the new norm, and that those trying to avoid covid are abandoned from all sides. And yes, lefties, this includes many of you.

Looks like the demonstrators were subject to a classic bait & switch operation today - they were reassured through detailed meetings with the , led to believe there was a way that they could exercise their right to protest, only then to be arrested when they did... so much for - another step down a road we're constantly told is merely scaremongering.... its almost entrapment

Today in Labor History October 15, 1966: The Black Panther Party was created by Huey P. Newton and Bobby Seale, in Oakland, California. One of their early core practices was open-carry armed citizen’s patrols monitoring abusive police behavior. They also implemented free breakfast programs and community health clinics, and advocated for revolutionary class struggle. The FBI sabotaged the Panthers through its COINTELPRO and participated in the assassination of Panthers, like Fred Hampton and Mark Clark. In 1969, the Panthers officially declared sexism to be counterrevolutionary and ordered its male members to treat women as equals. In 1970, Huey Newton expressed support for the Women’s Liberation Movement, and the LGBTQ Liberation Movement which, he correctly noted, were subject to much of the same police brutality as were African Americans.
