I had not realized quite how crazy so many had become.

One theory might be these people are among the republican anti democracy conspiracy and their purpose is to kill schools, make people hate schools.

That is so outrageous. I just can't imagine living in a red state and putting up with this kind of crap.

I'd probably be in jail there by now for speaking my opinion anyways..

Texas has millions of wonderful people and some historically awful, deadly, fearfully bad and harmful governments. Abbot's clot is among the worst. And a threat to the US democracy.

The US's largest latino/a/x tv network just cancelled Biden ads for the coming federal election. They did not drop Trump.

How did the Republicans co-opt that latinix network (I know which one, btw, but just not naming them)?

I'm not sure this is legal under us campaign laws. Allowing political ads from one campaign but not the other seems like a massive and likely illegal in-kind campaign donation?
