Karvinen does this thing where he gets up on his little behind and puts his paws in the air when he is making considerate demands. If you put your hands close enough, he'll grasp them so he can stay sitting and firmly insist. He won't let go unless you take the hands away, and thus you can jiggle the entire cat.

I am watching Sailor Moon S: The Movie now, my first entrance into any Sailor Moon anime. I had recently read the short story manga that the movie is based on.
And, frankly, this may be the greatest anime of all time for this scene alone.
