Been on my feet working all day. My hands/body ache, but it is what is required to provide food for us. Not a complaint. I like being connected to my nourishment. I know exactly where it comes from, how it was cared for and what it takes to have such a basic need met. I am grateful. Time for a wave of pure WATER!
I've been creating a lot of cat art lately. Especially cats with flowers. So here's another one, with a little simulated stained glass sparkle to liven it up.
How about a psychedelic landscape to help get you through the week? This is part of my continuing series of landscapes with a mosaic effect, similar to one shown on the CBS News Sunday Morning show last week. It isn't a real mosaic, but it can be printed on all kinds of products as well as prints!
A friend of mine once told me that every morning she'd find that something had taken a single bite out of many of the tomatoes in her garden. She finally discovered who the guilty culprit was...it was a fox. How foxy!
Yeah, there is something fishy going on! Another grouper. Here in Florida we are known for these beautiful fish...I know right now we are known for crap politics, but I have to live here due to Hubby's job, so I am looking on the bright side as much as I can! Eyes on the ocean....ahhhhh
Tropical Tiki Torches. Created from a night photo I took during a Hawaiian Luau. What is more romantic than swaying palm trees and lighted tiki torches against the evening sky?
I recently started buying my eggs from the farm stand down the road. The colors variations in the shells are not quite as dramatic as I've indicated here, but beautiful and varied all the same.
Sedona red rocks, abstract painting. Sculpted by wind and rain and baked by searing heat for centuries, who keeps the secrets and can tell the stories of this ancient landscape?
Another fun puffer! Don't be fooled though. There's enough poison in 1 pufferfish to kill 30 adults. NO antidote. The skin is covered in spikes with this poison and can damage your hands or kill you. It's unfortunate that the dangerous things are so darn cute...lol
I've been seeing a French Bulldog quite often on my morning walk. They are such feisty little characters! So this image is my tribute to that breed. (This is artwork in my continuing series of images with a stained glass effect...not real stained glass!)
