Being a staunch trade unionist it pains me to write this, but plugging kids into public education right now is like putting them into the tanks in the matrix.

My son was born at 1:30 a.m. on November 5.

We set the clocks back last night at 2:00 a.m.

That means we went through the hour of 1:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m. twice.

That means we had his exact birth time twice today.

So he has a double birthday today, right?

I HATE PICKING UP SINK SPONGES THAT HAVEN'T BEEN DRIED OUT AFTER USE!!!!!!!!!

It takes forever to wash the moldy smell from my hands and then I have to clean anything I touched before I realized my hands stink.

And now I have to find the vinegar to disinfect the damn sponge!

4 months waiting for power.
Paid electrician to meet NSPower requirements. Install date: 13 Oct.
It was windy (I was siding) so they changed the date until the 2nd of Nov!! It's cold, he needs electric for heat.
Nova Scotia power reconnects during storms, but not Sunny days with a light breeze.
