#Ivory lists still do not respect the native Mastodon filters. I reported this issue to the @ivory team more than 7 months ago. 😐

This is extremely disappointing. Filters are an extremely important feature, & many of us count on them for our mental wellbeing.

Ivory is a paid subscription-based app. Other apps (many from dev teams of one, some of them free) have had no problem implementing this.

In #Apple’s defense:

• they sell their products with razor thin profit margins
• they’re a small startup with a handful of employees
• they have very little capital to invest in improving Siri
• it’s not like they introduced Siri over 12 years ago

Hello. Today I noticed that one of my filtered keywords showed up in a post in one of my lists in the #Ivory app.

The filter in question is setup on Mastodon web. I viewed the same list on the web & in another Mastodon app & confirmed that the post with the keyword did not appear (which confirmed that the Mastodon filter was setup correctly).
