    It's much more production and consumption based vs interaction. There's a sharp dividing line between producer and consumer.

    Not sure exactly how to rectify that. Maybe it's just critical mass isn't on PT yet? But it doesn't seem like it could ever get to the interaction levels of Masto. Some sort of algorithm seems almost necessary. Blueskys concept of letting you choose an algorithm seems interesting for this

    Just never understood the aversion to it or that std surgical masks 'dont work'. I'm sure they have a 'lesser' effect than a full blown respirator, but they absolutely have some effect.

    @shoq @atomicpoet I've used nasal pillow types for years.

    My apnea is on the extreme end as well. Without my mask I literally can't sleep. Diagnosed at 26 with 82% blood oxygen.... I also didnt get REM much.

    Word of caution if you have a hospital stay with a stomach tube... It prevents use of your mask. NOT fun.

    @mekkaokereke to me it's still the argument that you'd then see a mortality increase in areas of increased Rx's. The data doesn't appear to follow that and has a more random distribution.

    It's definitely not even really fringe let alone mainstream in acceptance yet. The CDC is pushing the accepted narrative hard too. And this goes directly against them and lots of industry...and is what people want to hear.

    The deaths from whatever cause are tragic regardless
